Senior Engineer, Offensive Security

Humana is seeking a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to simulate threat actors and test the company's defenses. This role involves building agentic offensive tooling with AI and LLMs, conducting penetration tests, running purple-team exercises, and performing red-team operations, including adversarial assessment of internal AI products. • Design and oversee offensive security program activities
• Build agentic offensive tooling with AI, LLMs, and multi-agent orchestration
• Conduct penetration tests across networks, web applications, and cloud environments
