IT Security Supervisor

Lead cybersecurity operations for a family-owned manufacturing company. You will oversee a team, manage service providers, and drive continuous improvement in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management. This hybrid role requires 3 days a week in Mequon, WI.

• Provide operational leadership for cybersecurity program
• Oversee cybersecurity personnel and managed security service providers
• Coordinate incident response and vulnerability management
• Drive continuous improvement of security operations
• Partner with Digital Technology, Operational Technology, and business stakeholders
• Hands-on Linux and Windows system administration experience
