Concierge Security Engineer 3

As a Concierge Security Engineer 3, you will manage technical relationships with clients, ensuring excellent partnerships and improving their security posture. You will coordinate across various security service lines, take ownership of client outcomes, and potentially lead daily operations for the Concierge Security team. This role involves proactive consulting, in-depth analysis of security incidents, and providing actionable guidance to clients, including executive-level communication.

• Manage technical relationships and drive client security outcomes
• Coordinate across multiple security service lines (cSOC, GTS2, AWIR, Aurora)
• Lead consulting sessions and provide technical analysis and presentations
• Analyze complex security events, incidents, and vulnerabilities
• Develop and document security governance and operational procedures
• Mentor junior engineers and potentially lead daily team operations
