Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and testing information security solutions for Humana. You will oversee the design, engineering, and testing of critical products, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive data and driving innovation in our IT and security infrastructures. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction and tackle complex technical challenges with considerable autonomy.

• Lead end-to-end application onboarding for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) services
• Partner with architects, developers, and product teams to define IAM integration strategies
• Evaluate applications for compatibility with Microsoft Entra ID and design SailPoint ISC integrations
• Define Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes and identify required data sources
• Design holistic onboarding solutions including Entra ID, SailPoint ISC, PAM, and account management
• Translate intake findings into actionable epics, features, and user stories for delivery teams
