Senior Systems Security Engineer

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Security Engineer to provide security governance and support for the FJCAST program, which transforms senior staff training for UK and allied forces. This role involves developing security requirements, implementing secure design principles, and ensuring systems meet security standards for Authority to Operate.

• Provide functional security governance, management, and support
• Develop and implement Secure by Design (SbD) policies and procedures
• Define and assess security solutions to meet customer requirements
• Support security testing and obtain Authority to Operate (ATO)
• Collaborate with engineering teams on optimal training solutions
• Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) or STRIDE
