Principal Security Architect

Insulet is seeking a Principal Security Architect to lead the cybersecurity strategy for its connected insulin delivery platform. This senior individual contributor role involves defining the security vision, establishing standards, and mentoring engineers for a complex IoT system including pumps, mobile apps, and cloud services. You will focus on PKI, identity, and cryptography to ensure the safety and reliability of a regulated medical device.

• Define and evolve security architecture for connected insulin delivery platform
• Design and govern Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic key lifecycles
• Own identity architecture for users, devices, and cloud services
• Lead Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) security design for mobile apps and pump
• Establish security and privacy controls for protected health information
• Drive threat modeling and security risk assessment in regulated environments
