Associate - Operations - Client Services & Market Maker Monitoring

HKEX is seeking an Associate to join their Operations team, focusing on Client Services and Market Maker Monitoring in the derivatives market. This role involves monitoring market maker performance, managing incentive programs, and collaborating with various internal teams and external market makers. The position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial operations and familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.

• Monitor market maker performance in derivatives market
• Analyze and set up Market Maker and Liquidity Provider incentive programs
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Trading Operations, and IT
• Liaise with market makers on performance and handle client inquiries
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CS, Math, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial industry operations
