Senior Cyber Security Application Security Engineer

Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to join their Cyber Security organization. This role involves collaborating with software development teams to integrate security, privacy, and compliance requirements into applications throughout the SDLC. You will focus on building automation for security self-service and vulnerability management, conducting threat modeling, and improving application security processes.

• Identify solutions for security problems within an agile team
• Build solutions for consolidation and notification of security findings
• Conduct threat modeling and secure design reviews
• Promote and evaluate application security across the SDLC
• Influence and build security solutions within applications
• 5+ years of experience in application security and testing tools
