Security Engineering Manager

Medtronic is seeking a Security Engineering Manager to lead their global cyber information security team. This role involves developing and implementing network security and architecture strategies, driving a shift-left security approach, and fostering innovation in security architecture. The manager will also build and develop a high-performing global security engineering team.

• Lead security engineering across technical domains
• Design, build, and oversee security architecture and systems
• Integrate security early into system and software design
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary security liaison
• Guide and support secure operation of large-scale environments
• Evaluate, implement, and manage security technologies and tools

• Requires a Top Secret security clearance.
