HR Technology Security Analyst

HP is seeking an HR Technology Security Analyst to ensure the security and integrity of HR systems, primarily Workday. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing access controls, governance frameworks, and compliance activities to protect employee data. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver secure and efficient HR technology solutions.

• Lead Workday security design, configuration, and governance
• Define and maintain role-based access models and security policies
• Serve as a subject matter expert for access management requirements
• Partner with HR, IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Compliance teams
• Oversee SOX compliance, access certifications, and risk mitigation
• Drive enterprise access management initiatives and automation
