Senior MS Engineer – Network Security

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Managed Services Engineer specializing in Network Security to maintain and improve client IT infrastructure. You will proactively monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents, manage work queues, and collaborate with teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

• Maintain and improve client IT infrastructure and systems
• Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents
• Manage work queues and address incidents within SLAs
• Collaborate with teams and clients for second-level support
• Execute changes meticulously and contribute to change management
• Moderate-level experience in managed services and network security
