About this role
As a Lead Engineer on the Operational Technology (OT) Security team, you will operate, integrate, automate, and scale OT security across Target's global supply chain and retail sites. You will own the engineering and day-to-day operation of Target's OT security platform, focusing on asset inventory, secure configuration, and vulnerability management. This role requires a builder's mindset and technical depth to translate security requirements into practical engineering solutions.
What we are looking for 6
- Own engineering and operation of OT security platform
- Expand and maintain sensor/collector coverage in OT environments
- Build OT asset discovery, reconciliation, classification, and enrichment
- Monitor and improve platform data quality for OT assets
- Develop automation for OT security findings and remediation workflows
- Mentor other engineers and share OT security knowledge
