Director, Security Engineering & Architecture

Lennar is seeking a Director of Security Engineering & Architecture to lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of their cybersecurity function. This hands-on leader will set the vision for their teams, reduce risk by partnering across the business, and drive the adoption of AI and automation to modernize security operations. The role involves owning the security engineering roadmap, embedding security into development pipelines, and shaping the company's security architecture in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment.

• Lead security engineering and architecture strategy and roadmap
• Drive AI and automation adoption in security processes
• Partner with enterprise architecture and development teams
• Embed security into CI/CD and SDLC (shift-left)
• Manage vulnerability management and security review programs
• Evaluate and operationalize security technologies, focusing on AI-native solutions
