Security Tool Engineer – Palo Alto

Electrosoft is seeking a Security Tool Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewalls to manage, engineer, and automate enterprise network and infrastructure platforms. This role involves troubleshooting, security hardening, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system availability and compliance. You will also develop automation scripts and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Administer Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including policies, VPNs, and logging
• Troubleshoot network, firewall, and security issues using various diagnostic tools
• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, BASH, and other languages
• Manage enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Perform security hardening and vulnerability remediation
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex infrastructure and security challenges
