Offensive Security Engineer, Penetration Testing

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to conduct penetration tests across various systems including web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and mobile devices. You will identify and exploit vulnerabilities, document findings, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement practical remediation strategies.

• Lead penetration tests on websites, services, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Execute reconnaissance, vulnerability discovery, exploitation, and reporting
• Identify, validate, and document security vulnerabilities
• Test for control gaps and document observed weaknesses
• Support practical remediation by explaining findings to engineering teams
• Produce clear standardized reports with reproduction steps, evidence, and remediation guidance
