IAM Engineer

J.Crew is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Information Security team. You will be responsible for managing user identities, administering access controls, and ensuring secure access to our corporate, retail, and e-commerce systems. This role is crucial for protecting customer data and supporting regulatory compliance.

• Manage user identity lifecycle across corporate, retail, and e-commerce systems
• Administer SSO, MFA, and privileged access management tools
• Enforce role-based access controls and least privilege principles
• Conduct periodic access reviews for compliance (PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, CCPA)
• Investigate and resolve access-related incidents
• Collaborate on IAM integration with cloud and SaaS platforms
