Lead the security and compliance engineering efforts for a rapidly growing media company rebuilding its systems with an AI-first approach. You will establish the foundational security and compliance framework for products handling payments and user data, ensuring regulatory adherence without hindering development speed.

What we are looking for

Own security architecture and technical compliance posture
Build and map a unified control framework (SOC 2, PCI DSS, COPPA, privacy)
Automate evidence collection and control monitoring for continuous compliance
Set security standards for cloud infrastructure, applications, and data systems
Lead threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response
Represent the company during audits and with regulators
