Offensive Security Technical Lead

Lead technical delivery for penetration testing and red-team operations, providing continuous assessment of federal cyber assets. This role involves defining methodologies, approving complex plans, governing technical risk, and ensuring the quality of technical deliverables while remaining hands-on with offensive security tradecraft.

• Serve as senior technical authority for penetration testing and red-team delivery
• Define and mature assessment standards, rules-of-engagement, and reporting expectations
• Review and approve engagement plans, adversary scenarios, and high-risk technical actions
• Lead team for guidance, assign specialties, mentor staff, and resolve complex problems
• Provide hands-on support for challenging network, application, cloud, and exploit-development issues
• Own final technical quality and acceptance for assessment reports and remediation recommendations
