Boundary Security Engineer

Design, test, and implement secure network boundaries for Department of Defense missions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define network requirements and ensure the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of secure network components. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, applying security principles, and mentoring team members.

• Design and test new boundary security capabilities
• Implement security capabilities into production environments
• Provide remote network firewall and security appliance support
• Identify and support security requirements for switched and routed networks
• Perform risk and vulnerability assessments
• Leverage big data analytics for threat identification
