Infrastructure & Security Analyst II

Texas A&M University - Texarkana is seeking an Infrastructure & Security Analyst II to perform complex network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity functions. This role involves troubleshooting, analysis, research, implementation, and problem resolution for the university's enterprise network, cybersecurity operations, and cloud/on-premises systems. You will support identity and access management, protect institutional technology services, and contribute to infrastructure projects.

• Monitor and respond to network incidents and service disruptions
• Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise network issues
• Assist with vulnerability management and security incident response
• Support identity and access management processes
• Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects
• Provide technical consultation to faculty, staff, and students
