Security Engineer II

Akuna Capital is seeking a Security Engineer II to protect its systems and data from evolving cyber threats, including those posed by AI. This role involves proactive vulnerability identification, threat hunting, automating security workflows, and managing incident response. You will also play a key part in securing the firm's AI ecosystem and continuously improving its overall security posture.

• Analyze security incidents and threat actors using MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, developing triage processes
• Assist in managing enterprise security infrastructure (SIEM, EDR, MFA)
• Develop threat hunting activities and leverage APIs for threat detection
• Engineer orchestration and automation for incident analysis and response
• Conduct vulnerability management assessments and collaborate on remediation
