Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Aksteel is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to enhance our security posture through architecture, automation, and incident response. You will design resilient security solutions, automate response capabilities, and collaborate across IT and OT teams to protect critical systems and ensure reliable production.

• Lead security architecture reviews for new systems, applications, and OT/ICS requests
• Design and build security automation using SOAR, scripting, or AI-assisted workflows
• Partner with OT, GRC, DevSecOps, and infrastructure teams
• Participate in incident response, threat hunting, and penetration testing
• 5+ years in cybersecurity with incident response and threat hunting experience
• Experience with SIEM, scripting (Python/PowerShell), APIs, and SOAR
