Workday Platform Security Engineer

Huntington is seeking a Workday Platform Security Engineer to manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies. This remote role involves designing security controls, driving automation, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks within Workday HCM and Financial modules.

• Design and maintain user security groups, Roles, and domain security policies
• Drive automation and integration into IAM platform
• Run security audits and monitor for segregation of duties conflicts
• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks for sensitive data
• Partner with HR and business teams for secure workflow enhancements
• 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM security and IAM
