Information Security Engineer II

Mastercard is seeking an Information Security Engineer II in Pune, India, to manage security issues across their technology environment. This role focuses on operating the Issue Management System, validating issues, reviewing action plans, and tracking risks. You will partner with technology and risk teams to ensure security gaps are addressed and remediated.

• Support end-to-end issue management lifecycle
• Review and challenge issue descriptions and risk statements
• Evaluate and provide feedback on action plans
• Assess compensating controls and supporting evidence
• Partner with issue owners to drive timely resolution of security gaps
• Contribute to issue reporting and trend analysis
