Engineer II – Cybersecurity R&D

Join HPE's Cybersecurity R&D team as an Engineer II, working at the forefront of network security. You will contribute to securing routers, switches, and firewalls by developing system security features, applying cryptography, and supporting security certifications. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI for vulnerability discovery and remediation within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

• Support security certifications like FIPS 140 and Common Criteria
• Develop and enhance product security capabilities
• Analyze code, test network devices, and perform penetration testing
• Adopt new cybersecurity technologies and AI for vulnerability management
• Consult with engineering managers and product line managers
• Gain domain experience in network security and cryptography
