IT Security Manager

Lead global cyber command operations, focusing on continuous security event monitoring, incident response, and team mentorship. You will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company assets by managing the full incident lifecycle and supporting incident response tools.

• Lead security analysts and incident responders, setting priorities and ensuring timely execution
• Mentor and develop team members on investigation techniques and incident response best practices
• Oversee security monitoring and detection effectiveness, driving alert tuning and use-case development
• Coordinate and execute incident response activities, aggregating and analyzing security data
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to operationalize security tooling
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all response activities and maintain operational runbooks
