About this role

Seesaw is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to lead the company's security strategy and posture. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in software engineering and application security, with a focus on building and maintaining security tooling, automation, and infrastructure in AWS. You will collaborate across Engineering, IT, and Legal teams to embed security into the product and infrastructure development lifecycle.

What we are looking for

Own and drive the company’s security strategy, roadmap, and overall posture
Lead threat modeling, secure code reviews, and architecture reviews
Build and maintain security tooling, automation, and infrastructure as code
Strengthen cloud security in AWS, including IAM, networking, secrets, logging, and monitoring
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and automate security gates
Partner with Legal to develop and maintain security policies and standards
