Cyber Security Analyst (Hybrid)

Join our team as a Cyber Security Analyst, where you will provide essential day-to-day operational support for critical security platforms like firewalls, endpoint protection, and cloud security tools. You will troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our security posture remains robust and aligned with business needs.

• Operational support for Palo Alto Firewalls, Netskope, CrowdStrike, and Carbon Black
• Troubleshoot security tool performance, connectivity, and policy enforcement
• Perform routine platform maintenance and configuration reviews
• Respond to operational tickets and service requests
• Collaborate with security engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and security control improvements
