About this role

SWBC is seeking a DevSecOps Security Engineer to integrate security best practices into cloud and on-premise applications. You will partner with engineering and security teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring secure and compliant application delivery. This role offers hands-on experience with modern DevSecOps tools and the opportunity to influence secure system design in a regulated environment.

What we are looking for

Design and implement security controls in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps)
Integrate SAST, SCA, DAST, and container scanning tools
Secure AWS environments and implement IAM, OIDC, and encryption controls
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (Terraform preferred)
Secure containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
Monitor systems for threats and compliance gaps, and participate in incident response
