Network Security Engineer

Lightning AI is seeking a Network Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for their AI platform. This role involves taking ownership of security systems, collaborating with engineering teams, and safeguarding production environments against evolving threats. The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in the office.

• Design and implement secure network infrastructures using firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to ensure robust security policies
• Utilize SIEM tools for threat detection and collaborate on incident response
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain security documentation
• Implement automation tools for threat detection and response
• Expertise in firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, cloud security, and encryption
