Senior Network Security Engineer-L2

As a Senior Network Security Engineer (L2), you will be responsible for maintaining the operational integrity of client security infrastructures. You will proactively monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents, ensuring efficient service restoration and adherence to SLAs. This role involves managing work queues, performing operational tasks, and collaborating with teams to optimize security operations and support client needs.

• Ensure client security infrastructures remain operational
• Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents
• Handle client requests and tickets within SLA
• Perform operational tasks and update tickets
• Provide second-level support and collaborate with other teams
• Assist L1 engineers with triage and troubleshooting
