Lead Security Architect (Application Security)

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Systems Architect specializing in Application Security to join their Security Architecture organization. This role will lead the implementation of secure-by-design solutions across applications, APIs, and cloud-native platforms, driving security best practices and providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead implementation of complex, company-wide security projects
• Drive secure-by-design practices for applications, APIs, and AI solutions
• Develop architectural artifacts like standards and reference architectures
• Conduct threat modeling, architecture reviews, and risk assessments
• Provide guidance on DevSecOps and software supply chain security
• Mentor architects and engineers on application security
