About this role

Freddie Mac is seeking a Network Security & Automation Engineer to enhance enterprise network security services through automation. This role involves supporting critical security technologies like firewalls and secure web gateways, while also designing and implementing automation solutions using Ansible and APIs to improve efficiency, consistency, and reliability in security operations.

What we are looking for

Support enterprise network security technologies (firewalls, SWG, URL filtering)
Experience with Palo Alto, Zscaler, or Cloudflare
Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles
Automate IP/network configurations and workflows
Integrate security applications using REST APIs
