Lead Security & IT Engineer

Anodize is seeking a Lead Security & IT Engineer to build and own the company's corporate environment, focusing on automation, zero-trust principles, and infrastructure security. This role involves securing custom silicon design environments, internal infrastructure, and employee endpoints, as well as consulting with the product team on enterprise manageability.

• Automate corporate IT infrastructure and workflows
• Secure cloud-based silicon design environments and vendor IP
• Build and secure internal fleet (Windows/macOS/Linux)
• Consult on product MDM and enterprise management features
• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure Security, DevSecOps, or Systems Engineering
• IaC, Zero Trust, Cloud & Network Security, Fleet Management expertise
