Simmons Bank is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead their Information Security team, specifically overseeing the Security Operations Center (SOC). This role involves managing a team, developing and testing incident response plans, overseeing security awareness programs, and leading threat and vulnerability management efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity operations and leadership.

• Lead and develop the Security Operations Center (SOC) Program
• Direct and manage SOC analysts, ensuring detection and response activities
• Develop, implement, and test incident response plans and playbooks
• Oversee security awareness, training, and phishing simulation programs
• Lead vulnerability management, threat hunting, and threat intelligence initiatives
• Manage staffing, development, and performance of the security team
