Information System Security Engineer (ISSE)​

Leidos is seeking an experienced Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to design, develop, and implement secure IT systems at Stennis Space Center, MS. This role involves performing technical security assessments, integrating security measures, and managing risks throughout the system lifecycle. The position requires extensive travel and the ability to work in demanding environments.

• Perform technical security assessments and identify vulnerabilities
• Design and implement secure information systems and integrate security capabilities
• Assess and mitigate system security threats and risks
• Support security authorization activities using RMF standards
• Create and maintain documentation for Authority to Operate (ATO)
• Implement and validate system security controls using STIGs and SCAP
