Engineering Manager - Security & Safety Management

Lead the strategic direction for product safety and security engineering at Gentex, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will manage and mentor engineering teams, standardize processes, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality, safe, and secure products.

• Standardize safety and security engineering processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5 years of cybersecurity engineering experience
