Lead site-level security strategy and operations to protect employees, assets, information, and facilities at DePuy Synthes. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of physical security programs, emergency response readiness, and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

• Lead and manage site security programs
• Develop and implement site-specific security plans
• Oversee physical security systems and access controls
• Manage security vendors and service providers
• Lead incident response and investigations
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
