Associate Principal Resident Engineer (Federal)

Dragos is seeking a Principal Resident Engineer to partner with a federal customer in Washington DC. This onsite role involves deploying, optimizing, and supporting the Dragos Platform within the customer's industrial control systems (ICS/OT) environment. You will act as a trusted technical expert, ensuring the security and reliability of critical infrastructure.

• Partner with federal customers as an onsite technical expert
• Deploy, tune, and optimize the Dragos Platform for ICS/OT environments
• Provide troubleshooting, break/fix support, and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with internal sales, solutions architect, and intelligence teams
• Requires 5+ years of ICS/OT cybersecurity experience
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher
