DevSecOps Security Engineer

Leidos is seeking a DevSecOps Security Engineer to embed automated security controls within our Air Traffic Business Area's development pipeline. You will enhance the security posture of mission-critical systems by integrating scanning, gating, and hardening processes, ensuring continuous security without hindering delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply AI-first engineering and modern development practices to national infrastructure.

• Implement automated security controls in CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning)
• Enforce security gates, artifact signing, and SBOM generation
• Secure Kubernetes environments and container hardening
• Implement policy-as-code and infrastructure guardrails
• Produce security evidence for authorization and continuous monitoring
• Partner with teams for vulnerability triage and remediation

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
