Managing Engineer - Data Security Engineering

Lead a team responsible for designing, building, and operating data security capabilities, including DLP, data intelligence, and access controls. This role involves people leadership, technical direction, and ensuring the delivery of automated, scalable solutions to protect sensitive data.

• Lead a high-performing team engineering data security products and controls
• Set technical direction and drive execution across architecture, design, and production support
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through code and solution design
• Guide engineering of DLP Policy, Data Intelligence, or Data Access capabilities
• Develop and advance policy-as-code workflows and reusable control patterns
• Automate control lifecycle activities and own product reliability and improvement
