Manager Cyber Systems Engineering 1

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineering Manager in Annapolis Junction, MD. This dual role involves people leadership of individual contributors and direct technical performance on classified programs, focusing on cybersecurity compliance and system architecture.

• Manage a team of cyber systems engineers
• Provide technical guidance and decisions for product deliveries
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (CNSSI 1253, DoD 8570)
• Design and propose cyber systems architecture changes
• Perform cyber-attack surface analysis and risk mitigation
• Support development and enhancement of Launch and Missile Defense systems

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
