Senior Security Engineer, Application Security

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their Product and Application Security team. You will design and implement systems to embed security into development practices, review designs, contribute to threat models, and guide secure implementation. This role involves building and improving security guardrails and contributing to programs like AI security governance.

• Design and build systems for early security risk identification
• Partner with product and engineering teams on design reviews and threat modeling
• Develop and maintain security guardrails, libraries, and automated checks
• Contribute to AI security governance and automated secure design reviews
• Improve adoption of secure development patterns through guidance and tools
• 5+ years of experience in application security or related field
