Security Engineer

Snap is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their Detection and Response team. You will design and implement systems to detect malicious activity, build tools for threat hunting and incident response, and investigate security events. This role involves working with AI tools, Python/Go, and cloud environments like AWS and Kubernetes.

• Design, pilot, and implement logging and alerting systems
• Build tools and devise automation strategies for threat hunting and incident response
• Investigate security events and triage potential incidents
• Utilize AI tools for scalable service design and development
• Identify and analyze adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Linux
