Cybersecurity Lead

Travelers is seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to drive the technical and strategic direction of cybersecurity platforms. This role involves strategic planning, recommending security software, managing projects and contracts, and overseeing operational support for security platforms. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience, extensive IT security engineering experience, and leadership skills.

• Participate in strategic planning and roadmap creation
• Recommend security software purchases
• Manage contract renewals and budgets
• Directly manage operational support and maintenance of platforms
• 7 years of IT Security Engineering or Software Engineering experience
• 1 year of direct people management experience
