Staff Technical Program Manager, Security Engineering

Procore is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to lead the design and implementation of next-generation autonomous defense systems. This foundational technical leadership role involves creating agentic security postures, designing high-level frameworks, and orchestrating security agents to protect the platform, data, and users with minimal human intervention. You will collaborate with various teams to execute the long-term strategy for agentic security engineering, leveraging expertise in distributed systems and LLM orchestration to build scalable, self-governing security workflows.

• Design and implement agentic identity and governance frameworks
• Lead strategy for autonomous vulnerability eradication and self-healing systems
• Architect secure AI infrastructure with sandboxing and prompt-injection firewalls
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration layers using frameworks like LangGraph
• Define the multi-year technical strategy for autonomous security engineering
• Evaluate and integrate emerging agentic security platforms and LLM-native tools
