Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Divergent is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with SOC operations experience in a federal contractor environment. This hands-on role involves threat analysis, SIEM tuning, incident response, and maintaining security posture across IT and OT domains. You will be a technical escalation point and contribute to proactive threat research and security enhancements.

• Identify and analyze enterprise threats
• Tune SIEM detections and develop correlation searches
• Serve as technical escalation for complex cybersecurity incidents
• Implement STIGs and security baselines
• Conduct post-incident reviews and define security enhancements
• Provide proactive threat research and threat intelligence reporting
