Endpoint and Data Security Engineer

Altera is looking for an experienced Endpoint and Data Security Engineer to manage and enhance our security platforms, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview DLP, and Securiti.ai. You will be responsible for strengthening endpoint protection, preventing data loss, and securing sensitive data across our enterprise environments. This role is crucial for supporting incident response, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvements in our security posture.

• Administer and optimize Microsoft Defender Security suite
• Design and implement Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention controls
• Administer Securiti.ai for sensitive data discovery and security
• Monitor and triage security alerts from Defender, Purview, and Securiti.ai
• Collaborate with SOC and Incident Response teams
• Develop security standards, procedures, and technical controls
