Director, Information Technology & Security

Affirm is seeking a Director, Information Technology & Security to lead the establishment and execution of their cybersecurity programs as they launch as a de novo Industrial Loan Company. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to design and implement an enterprise-wide security framework that meets regulatory expectations and protects sensitive data.

• Oversee infrastructure design and IT Engineering
• Develop and lead information security and cybersecurity programs
• Design and implement enterprise-wide security framework meeting regulatory expectations
• Lead technical build phase, collaborate on architecture, and integrate security
• Establish threat monitoring, incident response, and data governance programs
• Ensure compliance with FDIC, FFIEC, and privacy regulations
