IT System Administrator – SOC/NOC Support

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an IT System Administrator to support SOC/NOC operations for US federal government clients. This role involves administering and maintaining security tools, monitoring system performance, implementing security controls, and troubleshooting system issues. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of IT system administration experience and familiarity with SOC/NOC tools and security best practices.

• Administer and maintain SOC/NOC tools (SIEM, SOAR, network monitoring)
• Monitor and optimize system performance and tool configurations
• Implement security controls, system updates, and patching
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Develop scripts for automation and system management
• Minimum 2 years of IT System Administration experience
